Car vibrates at stop lights

I have a question about car vibrations.  When I am stopped at a traffic light for over a minute to two minutes, sometimes a feel a more a strong vibration in my car.  It usually goes away, but may be less intense the next time.  It doesn't occur when stopped for 30-60 seconds at all.  It is high mileage car with 225,000 miles and checked out two weeks ago when receiving an oil change.  Should I be concerned about the issue.  Thanks.

do you have any warning lights on the instrument cluster?

No. My car has never had a warning light come on except for air pressure in tires.

Do you notice any change in the engine rev or the lights?

I would start with load testing the battery and alternator.

The battery passed the test two weeks ago.  I have not noticed my engine rev.  I did not notice an issue with my lights.

When did you change the spark plugs and do the valve adjustment? How about the fuel filter and air filter?

Sparkplugs changed at 200,000 miles in December or January. Air filters changed on Tuesday. I am not sure when the fuel filters were changed.

To me, it sounds like the car’s computer is choosing to do something and you just feel it because the mounts are worn.

As an example: On my Toyota, after about 10 seconds of not moving it stops vibrating and RPMs drop because it shifts out of 1st gear.

It would be really interesting to hookup an all systems scanner and see - I have a suspicion the CVT is unpinching the belt or something like that.
