Dear Scotty,
Why does my 2012 Honda Accord gears shift very slow when the air conditioning system is turned on? It does shift smooth when the a/c is turned off.

If the alternator checked out, odds are that the AC compressor is on its way out.

It's 10 years old. Have the alternator output checked.
