Van drove fine but had p0420 months before I started experiencing the new and present issue. I live in a state where smog laws are not present, so I really wasnt interested in fixing the cat. Car sat for a few months and got in it one day and went to drive away. It drives perfectly fine otherwise, but it will not accelerate  past 3k RPM even in neutral. I can get the car up to 75 miles an hour with not all that much patience.

Oddly noted that it would go to 3500 RPMs when the engine was cool, but after warming up 3k limit.
