Hello I got a 2007 mustang gt Manuel. The car will go into all gears but 5th is hard to put in and won’t go into reverse at all it just grinds and pops out of gear help please !!🥺

Bleed the hydraulic clutch system. It sounds like the synchros are shot for the 5th gear and reverse positions, though. Popping out of gear means it's not going fully into gear in the first place.

If it's a manual transmission your clutch is probably not releasing completely, possibly air or a leak in your clutch hydraulics.
How do I check that ?
By looking for leaks and if none are found bleed the hydraulic system.
