1999 land rover discovery 2 200k miles
car use to start then I replaced the transfer case because it was leaking now the car won’t crank while in park but it will in neutral but doesn’t start
im thinking it’s a bad ground

Well when you replace the transfer case there is so much wiring that could have been messed up. But my question is did the thing start before you replaced the transfer case? Because if it didn't you would have another problem. That was the original problem. But if it did start before you replace the transfer case, then yeah somehow the wiring probably got messed up. If you think it's a ground, just reground the ground wires that's easy enough to do
