I have a 1994 chevy 1500 v6 4.3 w/t, that i recently purchased cheap. 220,000 miles, automatic. The engine runs and the transmission shifts perfectly. I have been replacing sensors and other maint things. I replaced the idle air control valve and it started up fine. It was idling some what higher than usual. I drove it multiple times the day i changed it, at least 20 miles. The next day it would crank but not start. If I have the gas down it will start and run but if I try to let it idle it will die. Any ideas on what went wrong? Thanks

Look under the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) topic, under car won't start.
