I have a 1995 Honda Civic dx 5 speed manual transmission. After I went to the store and came back the car won’t start but getting power

Well if you mean it won't even crank over and it is power odds are the starter is going bad. If not that do my video fixing a car that cranks but doesn't start up Scotty

Check your battery terminals and make sure they are not corroded. If they are, it may appear that the car has power, but not enough to turn over the engine.
