Hey guys, my car over heated on me on the interstate yesterday. When I got home me and my friend tried troubleshooting and found that when we poured water into the radiator reservoir we saw water spewing from the head of the engine. At this point with my very limited general of mechanics I’ve come to the conclusion of water pump or head gasket, what would you guys recommend I do? Broke and trying to fix myself. Thank you!

Could easily be the head gasket. Sound like you're describing an obvious, easy to see leak .
