Hello Everyone I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla that isn't turning over. Alternator and battery is brand new. There's power because the radio and lights come on but it just won't start. I need help. Does anyone have any advice.?

Possible bad ignition switch. Did it ever start after the battery and alternator were installed? If not, some connections may be wrong. Who did the work?
