Scotty I just bought a 2010 Cadillac DTS Luxury Northstar V8 with 6090 original miles. The car was kept in a garage and only drive 5 miles a weekly trip to bank and store. Upon driving it home from South Carolina the engine misfired and service engine and statbili tract lights came on. Took to my mechanic and he found the spark plugs were all carboned up and he replaced them and has fixed the problem. Should I do anything else to the car like use some ATS fuel or oil treatments to clean out the engine? Love your you tube videos. Tim
Well the plugs would be all carboned up cuz the engine is burning oil. There's nothing you can do about that. Those engines are garbage as they age. But if you want to drive it small amounts of miles change their all every 3000 mi and change the plugs when they clog up. Feel free to drive it. Just realize fixing that engine is a super expensive job
