I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX with roughly 127,000 miles on it. I have been exiting repairs on it for quite some time now but the one thing that eludes me is what is causing the carb build up on my spark plugs I'm finding myself replacing them twice a month now. I have found no leaks on or around the air intake system and my air filter is clean. Maybe I'm missing something. I'm not sure. Any useful info. would be great. {black}:idontknow:
Carbon buildup on spark plugs is usually caused by running too rich.
Although you don't have OBD2 diagnostics on 1 993 vehicle, you can easily check for OBD1 trouble codes which is probably worth doing even if your "check engine" light is not currently on:

Aside from running rich like Chuck said, you could also be burning oil due to worn out piston rings. Get a compression test to find out.
