Is there a list of cars that burn oil that i can download?
Any car with bad piston rings will burn oil. How much time do you have?
just looking right now. Don't want to waste my time looking at cars that burn oil. I'm in no rush yet.
Unfortunately, there is no comprehensive list of all oil burning makes and models (with engine subtypes) ever made in one location - at least that I am aware of. If there are specific makes and models you are interested in, you can ask about them on this forum.

Do an internet search with the model you are interested in, such as "Toyota Camry oil burning" and you'll find information on which engines and years are prone to it due to design or manufacturing defects. However as has been pointed out, any worn out engine will burn oil.
