I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra with cat code 2 weeks after replacing plugs and coils. Have run sea foam and 2 cataclean thru tank. Code comes back after a few days. Never had it before misfire and replacing plugs and coils --all 4. Thinking it's something else like injector or tune up wasnt right-- please advise-- thanks!

What are the specific codes? What do your fuel trims look like?
