Hi everyone ! Are catalytic converter cleaners safe to use regularly to keep exhaust system clean ?

I'm not a fan of running any foreign substances through any engine with any sort of regularity. Catalytic converter issues are caused by a bigger problem. You can't really extend the life of them, but by not fixing other problems like burning oil, etc. you can definitely shorten their lifespan.

I can tell you they aren't safe for your wallet, because you don't need them.
If your cat is getting dirty, then fix your engine.
