Which are the best new cars where it is hard to steal the catalytic converter out of?  My husband hard his stolen from his 2003 Honda 3 times and it is just a magnet for trouble.  Looking to get a newer vehicle where the converter is not so easy to steal.

Avoid the models thieves attracted to. Also, the lower the car to the ground, the harder for them to steal the cat. You can always install a cage for car as well as paint it with high temperature bright color to deter the thieves.

If you get some kind of cat anti-theft device like a Cat Strap , have metal bars welded to it or get a shield its highly unlikely that it will be stolen again. After putting an aluminum Miller Cat shield on my 04 Prius I don't even worry about it anymore,  even though I'm sure the crackheads are peeking under my car in the middle of the night still

Hybrid vehicles attract cat thieves more, higher vehicles are also easy targets. Get yourself a compatible cat shield.
