Hello there, I purchased two catalytic converters from Hottexhaust.org. We gave them the year and model of the vehicle and engine size and all other information they needed. We got the converters 3 days later and took them to my mechanic for installation. However, the next day he calls me and said that the holes for the sensor were looking in a different direction. I called Hottexhaust and they said that that was impossible and they wanted pictures sent to them so they check them. Then I took them to another muffler shop and the guy said that they had given me two converters for the same side of the engine and he checked and the numbers shows they were the correct ones for the car. Then I took them to another muffler place and the guy says that he will install them but his not sure if they will fit. I am like, how is it possible that 3 mechanics look at the same converters and have different opinions? What do I do?
