Howdy Scotty! Wanted to ask you if it's possible to do an engine swap of a Dodge Challenger and replace it with a Mustang 5.0 Coyote engine. What do you think?

details would help... Which Challenger? 1970?
A modern Ford engine engine is going to require a full gutting and re-fitting of all electronics in the vehicle. That will require many years of research of development by you , or a few hundred thousand dollars to pay someone else to engineer it. And it'll still never work properly. Good luck!

You can do pretty much anything with enough time, money, and custom fabrication. (Imbibing a few six-packs probably wouldn't hurt either!)
