I just changed one of my coils, should I change the other three as well? As far as I know, they are original coils.

I replaced all 3 of the other coils because of another coil just going out while driving

It's OK to change just the one but the other's may not last much longer.

Not a bad idea if they're not too expensive and you can keep the old ones as emergency spares.

nah. The others can easily last the life of the vehicle.

Like MMJoe said (basically) if it ain't broke, don't fix it.  But at only about $10 each (AutoZone, Rock Auto, etc.)  I would do it and keep the old good ones as spares.

I'd change them all out. If one is bad, the others aren't far behind and you're not talking about a major expense.
