So today I was changing the brake fluid in my Mitsunishi Montero/Pajero 2010 and when I was tightening the nuts on the left front wheel one of them broke. It is the part that comes out of the hub where the nut is screwed on. It is the second time that breaks on that wheel, the first was at some point in the life of the car before I have it. Is it something common? Do I have to change the whole hub? Or can I just replace the bolts. What do you recommend me. Has anyone had something similar happen? For now until I fix it I will not use the car because it only has four screws and I do not think it is safe. I attach some pictures for a better understanding.

Thanks for your help.
Thanks!
It's not that tough to do. I replaced all of the wheel studs on the rear wheels of my Jeep Cherokee when I upgraded it to rear discs - they needed to be slightly longer with the rotors installed. There's a special tool you can get to pull the new ones through but it's not really needed.

I have heard of this happening but rarely. Usually, it's because someone over torques the lug nuts with an impact driver in the first place. Lug nuts must be tightened in the correct sequence and to the correct torque.
I know that, thanks anyway.
Is it something common?
Nope. Never happened to me.
Get yourself a torque wrench.
I have one. Thank you.
