Is it possible to change the tie rod end without doing my alignment over. I had an alignment done about 2 weeks ago on my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 and I changed my oil today and while doing so noticed the passenger side tie rod end seeping a bit of grease. Nothing much, but you can tell it is. No play at all with the part though.
Or is this not a big issue for now? Not sure how long it’s been like that but that tie rod end was replaced about 1.5 years ago. No tear in boot either.

Wait for the part to clunk or start having play, then replace.
And yes, you’ll need another alignment after replacing tie rods.

No. It directly affects your alignment.
