I have a 2016 Nissan Sunny/Versa. I had it for 7 years now and the car has 58000 km. It's a normal 4 speed transmission - NOT a CVT transmission. I have never changed the transmission fluid. I was under the impression that it was to be changed at 60000 km, but only recently discovered that it's actually 40000 km. Is it still safe to change it now? Also considering that it's been 7 years, and that the weather gets really hot during summer (it's 47 C right now).

relax man. You don't need to touch it for another 20,000 km
it's 47 C right now
and? transmissions run at around 80c
