Hey Scotty I have a 2008 F150 and have 145,000 miles and has not had fluid transmission changed is it time to change the fluid and filter and how often do you change the transmission fluid??

I would change the filter and fluid dependent on the present fluid not being to far gone. I would also save the old fluid just incase you need to reuse it.

Yes I agree with the first answer change the fluid and filter to keep the old fluid because of an acts weird then drain it out put the old fluid back in
