So I bought my 1996 Nissan Maxima 3 years ago with 161K miles. Fluid still looked pink so clearly it has been changed before. So I changed it like drain and fill about 6 months ago at 170K miles. Now the car has 185K miles I’m thinking to do another drain and fill. Transmission has shifted fine all this time. About 4 quarts came out when I drain and fill at 170K so I assume it’d be the same amount again. Should I do another drain and fill of the transmission fluid?

Unless you’re driving on the surface of the sun, I’d wait to change it till you reach 200,000 miles.
15,000 mile intervals are way too soon for regular driving.
