I have a 2021 Toyota Tundra, the battery charges and will hold the charge for 3-4 days, then it dies. Recently the engine wire harness was repaired but Toyota can not figure out why the battery losses it charge after a certain amount of time. I desperately need help in looking for an answer to get this problem resolved.

The battery and the alternator need to be load tested. All the connections should be inspected, cleaned and tightened. Don't assume that a dealer would do this. That being said, it's possible you have a parasitic draw. Rule out your battery and alternator first tho. What was 'fixed' regarding the wiring harness?
Toyota can not figure out

Call corporate if necessary.
