Hi Scotty,
I just cleaned my throttle body and MAF sensor on 2007 honda crv and let it dry for at least 45 minutes like you recommended and a day later the check engine light went on. i have been told that i need to get a scan tool to reset the TP throttle position to get rid of the error message. have you tried the foxnewll NT301 OBD2? is that good enought to take care of the job? do you recommend any scan tool less than 100$. thanks-
John
well it depends on what's tripping the code. You can get it scanned for a free at an auto parts store.
Recommendations for buying a scan tool are in our FAQ.
