My check engine came on with a AT light. One person told me it was a Oil Pressure Sensor issue so I got that changed. The check engine light came back on 15 minutes later and now when I drive the R/Min is now on 1 and not on zero when I’m in park or press on the break at the light. Now I spent $200 dollars on a oil pressure sensor that wasn’t even the issue and I got it read again and now it’s a transmission solenoid issue. I don’t want to risk kicking out extra money again. Do you think that would be the best thing to change? or just do a transmission filter change? Even though I’m a girl if a transmission solenoid on a Mazda 3 2010 a easy fix I would love to try to fix it myself lol Thanks 🖐️🙂 & Happy Memorial Day!!🍻
What codes came up when it was scanned?
P0506 , P753 & P169 before my AT light came on my car would hesitate to start for a month I would have to turn my key twice in order for it to come on sometimes. Now that the check engine AT light came on it runs smooth without me having to turn it on twice which is weird lol I took it to a shop to try to show them but it wouldn’t do it & they said they couldn’t do anything at the time unless a light came on.

I don't know why the oil pressure sensor was replaced, none of those codes have anything at all to do with engine oil pressure and only one is transmission-related. See potential causes and troubleshooting information for those codes here:

Depending on the scanner that was used there may be additional transmission codes that were not picked up. In general a professional-grade bidirectional scan tool is required for transmission diagnosis.
Ok thanks
