Hi Scotty, I have a 2003 Ford F-150 it is the 4.2L V6 that’s and XL model with 200,000 miles on it. It is also and automatic. My family has owned the truck for  the last 10 years and the check engine light has been on the whole time having it. The truck runs great and doesn’t give any problems. The codes that are coming up is P0174 Bank 2 system to lean and P0171 Bank 1 system to lean. I had the engine rebuilt at 194,000 miles and had the intake gaskets replaced. I also have had the coils and spark plugs replaced. I then changed the mass air flow sensor and both upstream O2 sensors. I am at a lost on what else to do. I would very much like your expertise thank you. Love your videos to great job at each on you make.

It could be vacuum leak, weak fuel pump, dirty injectors, or a bad EGR differential pressure sensor. Check them out. I think it is most likely related to the Differential Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor.
