I have a 04 sienna with 236k miles. Every once in awhile the check engine light will come on but when I get it scanned there are no codes. Is this a computer issue?

A generic code scanner will not scan the modules, where was this done and by whom?
I just had it scanned at autozone. That’s probably the issue
Auto zone doesn’t scan the modules, only obd 2 generic.....
Any drivability issues....
No it still runs with no issues

You could do the basics, check fuel,pressure, clean the MAF Sensor, clean the throttle body, check the charging system, etc. aHowever, if you really want peace of mind, have the entire system scanned, $100-$125, good luck.
