I recently bought used Honda accord 2006, Check Engine Light turns on when I refill the tank, when the gas drops to lessthan a quarter tank, the check engine light is OFF.
Error is P0420. is this just a gas cap issue ( i already placed an order for replacement) or some other issues that i need to worry and get fixed right a way, thank you so much in advance.

Go to autocodes.com and enter P0420.
