Hello,
I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado with about 46,000 miles on it. I have been having some intermittent issues with the volume control, usually when connected to Apple CarPlay. At times I am unable to change the volume level or turn the audio off completely by muting it. Even after disconnecting my phone leaving the Apple car play mode, the audio is unresponsive. I am still able to use the media center screen however. The only thing I have found to fix the issue is to turn the truck off for a while, and then turn it back on. My iPhone is operating on the latest os as well. I’ve looked through other forums and it seems to be a Fairly common issue. My truck is out of warranty and I’m hesitant to take it to a dealer. Has anybody experienced this with the GM’s?
Jim is a cheap cramping it in the software is garbage it's an awful new vehicle it was an old one I just throw that away and put in a nice Android system that always works perfectly fine like I did in my Toyota I've got a pumpkin Android that works fine
