Chevy Corvette Buy/Financing

So I have been in the market for a good Chevy Corvette (1988-2012) with a low mileage of <75,000 miles. I have test driven a few to know that I really like the car and how it handles, but I am not sure about its reliability and if it would be good to use as a daily drive to commute to work (10 min. away). So I was going to ask what would be a reasonable price to finance this car, and if so what would be the longest term you would finance it for? What I have been seeing is that the avg. price for a used corvette around that time can go anywhere between $15,000-$30,000 depending on the year and mileage.

Pricing depends on alot of things, condition, location, trim level, car history (service records, how it was driven, etc). I wouldnt pay much over 20-22k for one unless its in great shape, and proven to not have been abused, and noones going to let a decent corvette go for less than 15k.

Id say try to get a C6, and not the first model year. Look at 06-12. The C4's are too old, and the C5's are pretty rough cars for daily driving. What ever you look at, have a mechanic look it over, and get a manual.
