2013 Chevy Cruze died

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze with 135k miles. I have a P015B and P0420 codes. I was driving along after driving for about 5 minutes and I had no power, pulled over and the car died and let out a plume from the exhaust and kind of stank. Oil in the engine and coolant in the tank. I was able to start the car and drive home just fine. no high temperature or pressure warnings before or after dying. If my catalytic converter is plugged why could I drive home just fine? I have replaced both up and downstream O2 sensors in the past. I dont think the weather in my area has any effect but it has been between zero and 20 degrees below for a few days now.

Any advice is appreciated!

Is this a 1.4L Turbo?

How long ago were the 02 sensors replaced?  Were they OEM or after market?
