I have a 2017 chevy impala with 70k miles, recently there has been a delay when shifting to 3rd gear (may happen on other gears to hard to tell which) and when braking and then accelerating it has been jerky. I've seen people online say it could be the transmission pressure solenoid, is that correct?

Well pray it's just that any good mechanic with a high level scan tool contestal solenoids so start there with the guy like me testing it out
