Hi Scotty:
I am so sorry you left Houston. I could have driven my car to your shop.
I have a 1998 Chevy Lumina 3.1L that has 167,000 miles. I bought this car new and it works really well.
The check engine light is on now with the PO440 code: evaporative emission system. How can I find where the leak is?

Be sure to rule out the gas cap first (could be as simple as that). Otherwise, proceed as follows:
