We have a chrysler 300 1999 that has the bottom wet where the feet go in the 2 back seats and at the driver's side. We think it could be a problem with the a/c leaking water but we don't know for sure. Is there a way we can fix it our selfs or do we have to take it to a mechanic?

You should see condensate dripping out under the car when the A/C is running. If you don't, after running it for a good bit, check inside under the dash and look for leaks into the interior of the car. Do you have a sunroof? If so, I would suspect clogged drain tubes. Have someone sit inside the car and look for leaks as another person douses the car with a hose... could be leaking around the window or door.
