My Turbo started too leak oil into the intake and its making a slight whistling sound. I still get the same boost.
Is this normal.
Also after I changed the starter, as the previous one broke in half. When starting the car cold. It makes a loud knocking sound and ildes rough. When I press gas in neutral, as the rev come down. The cambelt stops spinning and the car makes a huge knocking sound.(It does not do this when it's warm. )
Car also smokes underneath the car when under load. There is no smoke from the exhaust its from underneath the car?
Recently fixed:
- Starter
- leaking injector
that sounds horrible. If it's knocking that bad you have serious problems. Take that thing to a mechanic you trust and pray that its still salvageable
Tell me about it. I just used my last money to buy the car. It was working great the first 4 months. It's after I changed the starter. All these problems started. I went back to the mechanic and they said it's normal, but it's just getting worse now.
I checked for codes with a Peugoet scanner, but nothing comes up with regard to the above. Only faulty indicator comes up. I'm so lost with this car.
