Can we make a health check of Honda Civic 2008 Airbags if they would deploy well at the time of impact? if yes, please guide. Thanks

Never try to take the airbag out or disconnect it, it may result in self deployment and possible injuries.
You can only check for trouble codes with a scan tool.
You can not make any other checks that that.
Its dangerous to play around airbags, if you don't know what you are doing, just don't.
If you don't own a scan tool , either buy a cheap one Scotty recommends in many of his videos or ask a mechanic to preform a scan.
