I have a 2019 honda civic 2.0 liter cvt with 19,400 miles on the odometer. My engine is a normal operating temperature. When i am at idle in park, my rpms sit at around 830 to 840 and when in drive at idle my rpms are at around 700. Is this normal rpms?

Perfectly normal. Nothing to even give a second thought to.
