I have a 2013 civic si with a 6 manual transmission with 128000 miles. At times it doesn’t want to start. Has a new battery and starter and the alternator has been tested. Will start every time with a jump pack. What could be the problem?

The battery needs to be replaced.

I have already cleaned the terminals and checked all the connections
