What are your symptoms? If catalytic converters are clogged up the only solution is replacement.
Don't set your expectations too high. A gallon of lacquer thinner in 1/2 tank of gas.

@thompson I believe it's the hard driving for a couple hours (Italian tuneup) that helps the most. And I admit I have done this trick and was successful at cleaning my Camry's converter enough to where you could roll the windows down again. The smell was really strong and this trick, well it worked.

You were very fortunate, your converters must have been just slightly contaminated, that trick doesn't usually work. You should be buying lottery tickets with that kind of luck!
