Hi there. I have a 2001 Chrysler intrepid SE with around 170,000 km on it and the climate control fan will not work on any setting (no defrost or vent) as soon as I start the car but will turn on once I drive for about 10 minutes or so. Once it turns on it seems a little weak. Thank you for reading this. I hope to hear from you.

Could be a dead spot in the blower motor. Driving eventually jars the motor to life. If this is case, the blower motor will probably fail completely soon.

agree. And I would replace the motor ASAP before it burns out other things.
