Are CNG cars less reliable than ICE cars? Found a 07 Civic CNG 155k miles for $3000. I know there are less CNG pumps in the US, but I'm based in Los Angeles so I am not worried.

If set up correctly, CNG vehicles can actually last longer, but of course you have the hassle having to find places to fill them up
