Hey Scotty,

I have a 2006 Ford E-350 Super Duty with a 5.4 triton engine. The car has about 65k miles. I have a check engine light and when i look it up with my BlueDriver, these 2 codes P0172 and P0175 pop up. what do you think the issue is? Please help. I already clean the mass airflow sensor but the codes are still there after i clear it. Do you think i need to change the CO2 sensors as well as the MAF sensor as well?

Thank you in advance

Thien

The issue is that it's running too rich so either it's getting fuel which the computer can't control, like a leaking injector, or the MAF is lying to the computer about how much air is being sucked in.

If it were a leaky injector it wouldn't be throwing codes for both banks.

Both O2 sensors are  telling the computer to trim back the fuel on both banks 1 and 2.

2 independent O2 sensors against 1 MAF sensor.

2 against 1.

The O2 sensors are working and the MAF is probably lying.

I'd offer the MAF sensor an early retirement to avoid an unpleasant scene and replace it
