I have a 2012 Ford F150 Platinum 3.5 Liter Code is PO430 Catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2 No other code my fuel mileage is down 2 miles to the gallon no notable power loss should I try the lacquer thinner and replace downstream o2 sensor?

If your mileage is down, it could possibly be a leaking fuel injector, not the 02 sensor. Unless there is physical damage to the exhaust system, it's probably not the cat.
