Hi!
I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel with 165k miles on it. I bought it deleted and am getting the codes
P0405:exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit Low
P0087:Fuel Rail/System Pressure too low
Since my system doesn’t have an EGR what could be causing these codes?

Well it knows that it doesn't have EGR valve that code I wouldn't worry about but I would check the fuel pressure either the fuel pressure is low or the sensor that gives the information is gone bad for the fuel pressure
