I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V lx with 101567 miles on it I’m getting 2 codes p0135 and p0141 but I have no check engine light.

Those are both O2 sensor codes. They likely need to be replaced.

Not all codes trigger the check engine light. Those codes refer problems in your O2 sensor heater circuits. (P0135 is for an upstream sensor, P0141 for downstream.) Could be the O2 sensor(s) or a problem with the wiring and circuitry associated with them.
