The codes tell you what the issue is. The MAP sensor is acting up, getting a high circuit and low circuit. I would try cleaning it first with some MAF sensor cleaner to see if that helps. And also check the harness connecting to it. If cleaning doesn't help, then just replace the MAP sensor. Good luck.

@razmigb
correct, the map sensor was disconnected for cleaning withsensor spray cleaner, and now its acting up. i do have to admit that the little plastic thing under map sensor got a little bit broken but it fits secure enough when put back, it no longer has the little o ring either, i did dropped it accidentally when removing it because it was extremely tight. i will follow your advice to replace map sensor, its only 15$ for a genuine honda map sensor. i will keep you updated, dont forget/delete this post yet.

@razmigb
forgot to mention that when i put my map sensor back, i got blinking green light on my dasboard beside "D". I HOPE this can be easy

@reddevil1321
Ok. Definitely replace the MAP sensor then. They are very delicate and can easily damage the electronics inside when dropped. As for the damaged clip, just make sure it fits on tight so it doesn't disconnect by accident while driving. But DO eventually replace the clip, you need that watertight seal inside of it to prevent electrical shorts from moisture.

@razmigb
electrical shorts from moisture? i didnt know! youre right they are so delicate, i dont reccomend removing your map sensor like i did, i would probably just spray the plug, not the pins or inside the clip where it looks like a computer motherboard to avoid the same mistake i did. ordering the new part now!

@reddevil1321
Oh no, the MAF/MAP sensor cleaner is used to clean the sensor itself (the metering wires), not the electrical connections! Only clean electrical connections with computer spray (compressed air in a can) WITH the battery disconnected. Always disconnect the sensor off the harness before cleaning it as it is still getting electricity even when the engine is not on.

metering wires

you mean the sensor pins? normally i use elctric spray for the plugs, not the sensor. thanks for reminding me about removing the negative terminal, i should always remember that. i will keep you updated once i replace the new map sensor. iam starting to think i shorted my map sensor, because one morning i started cleaning alot of sensors with electric spray cleaner and i sprayed the pins, i did let them dry for good 1 hour. and right after that i got high/low pressure in the dashboard the red lamp and the car stalled. lucky me, i happen to find out, the last mechanic that repaired my car did not put correct oil, did not replaced my inlet filter, did not put correct transmission fluid amount. i had to do everything myself again, the right way. iam thinking what if there was already something wrong with my map sensor, because car did wanted to stall on random stop signs when accelerating slowly. i checked fuel pump i can hear it working when turn on, all injectors working, cleaned egr, new air filter,checked resistance for all injectors they are good, new belt too, last pump at the gasoline station was my first time i used REGULAR exxon gasoline, i always used premium without issue. i did replace to a new fuel cap 1k miles ago. so yeah everything is pointing out to my map sensor. also i removed my map sensor and turned on car and it stalled right after turning on car.

@reddevil1321
Yes, removing the MAP sensor will immediately turn the engine off. If there are any issues with that sensor, the engine will shut off. Good luck, hopefully a new MAP sensor should fix it.

@razmigb
I HAVE GREAT NEWS! MY NEW MAP SENSOR ARRIVED, I INSTALLED, CAR NOW RUNS! AND THE BLINKING GREEN LIGHT IS GONE! NO MORE STALLING WHEN ACCELERATING SLOWLY! thank you so much for all your feedback and support! i was able to buy with confidence. map sensor was only 10$ OEM 😉 now it runs like a dream, i immediately feel a difference, lighter and immediate response. again thank you, i hope this post can help others with this issue. i had no codes, all of the sudden i clean map sensor and got map sensor code. 🙂

@razmigb and the weak acceleration i was experiencing at random stop signs was already because i had a faulty map sensor. it turns out, it was all the exact same problem. iam grateful this didnt happen while i was driving. i saved tons of $

@reddevil1321
That is great news! I'm glad everything is working properly now. If you have any other problems in the future, just stop by here again and we'll all help you out!

YES OF COURSE I WILL. car still running 100%. any chance anyone know how much ft lbs of torque do i need to remove my rusted bolts from my catalyc converter? planning to buy a aircompressor with air gun, some airguns are 250 ft lbs or 580 ft lbs, wich would help me remove this bolts? ive used an electric 230 ft lbs of torque but it would be somewhat weak for smaller bolts but eventually they would come out. any advice is appreciated
