Codes with fixd

Topic starter

I have a Nissan Rogue 2018 and I plugged the fixd obdII
And shoots 2 trouble codes.
U1002 and B00A0.
Should intake it to the dealer and let them tell me or should I tell them about the codes.

Why tell the mechanic what to do? Don't you have reasons to take car in without the codes? What if the mechanic has a better tester than you do? Would you want him to go by your codes or find his own?

I guess you are right.
But I think they lie at the dealer.
Last time I went they showed me an air filter supposedly from my vehicle that was really dirty and they wanted to change it and I said no. And when I checked it my self they had not even touched it.
Thank you.

If it's under warranty, just drop it off and ask them to check the codes you found.

Especially, if there is no check engine light on.  Kinda have to give a reason for them to scan for codes.

@carlos
