I have an 02 Toyota Camry Le 2.4 automatic Made in USA Kentucky plant and I’m looking to replace my old coil packs. The ones i have on now say “Toyota (part #) DENSO made in USA” looking online however I can only find coil packs made in Japan made by denso, so my question is, is it okay to use Japanese coil pack on Toyota manufactured in the USA?

Yes, if the part number is the same, it is totally fine.

For sure, those are the ones you want to use. They also often can be found cheaper than other manufacturers coil packs, that will likely not work as well anyway.
