Hello i have a question so I have a 2017 ford focus. And when I put my foot on the gas pedal it revs funny I changed the oil two nights ago. I was wondering why it revs when I put my foot on the gas plus it's cold where I'm at should I let it run for awhile?
Can you please elaborate on the ‘it revs funny’? Maybe make a YouTube video and post the link here?
Like my speed is on point but whenever I put my foot on the pedal it revs while I drive is that normal? Or is it because i didn't let my car warm up?
I hope you’re not describing a transmission problem. Make a YouTube video of your symptoms and post the link here.
When I start it it's fine,I'm talking about like when I drive it because it's cold out?
I will post a video tomorrow on what I mean? I'm not use to a ford I know nothing about this car sadly I only know stuff about my 2009 buick
Well it should rev up if you step on the gas pedal..?
DUDE I HAVE THE SAME CAR AS YOU YOU HAVE TO WARM
IT UP TEN MINUTES AT LEAST AND DO NOT PUT THE HEATER OR DEFROST ON RIGHT AWAY YOU HAVE TO WARM
UP THEN TAKE IT EASY IN DRIVE FOR A MINUTE OR TWO IF YOU DO THIS YOUR PROBLEM WILL GO AWAY IF YOU DONT YOU WILL BLOW THE ENGINE UP TRUST ME HAVE SAME MODEL AS YOU
Caps Lock is your favourite button, isn’t it?
